Modified peptides, peptide natural products and new peptides inspired by Nature pique our synthetic interests and serve as new therapeutic leads. A major thrust in our lab is the use of amatoxins to explore antibody-drug conjugates and peptide drug conjugates – namely ATACs (amatoxin-tethered antibody conjugates) and PACs (peptide-amatoxin conjugates).
